How I Work
I take a holistic, trauma-focused approach to healing, one that recognizes the many layers that shape who you are: your present experiences, your past, the stories carried by your ancestors, family dynamics, the spaces you move through, and your relationship with land, culture, and community. My work integrates Art Therapy, Expressive Arts Therapy, Somatic Therapy, and an Internal Family Systems–informed approach within a de-colonial framework. In our sessions, we may weave together art-making, embodied awareness, and compassionate parts work in ways that respond to your unique nervous system and lived experience. We prioritize safety, pacing, regulation, and consent, and move at the speed of trust. Healing is not about fixing. It is about restoring connection to your body, your creativity, your parts, your history, and your capacity to choose how you want to live now.
